Where is my order?

Once you place an order with us, you will be provided the tracking number for your order when we have dispatched it. All of our products are shipped with Royal Mail, and can be tracked using this link.

I've placed an order, can i change my delivery address?

If you wish to change the delivery address after ordering, you must contact us and we will be able to do this provided your order hasnt been dispatched yet.

How much does shipping cost?

The price of shipping is £4.00 for standard delivery, however we offer a more expensive shipping for those who want their items fast!

How fast are products dispatched?

We aim to dispatch the same day however you may have to wait 1-2 days based on how busy we are as well as public holidays and weekends :)

How do i return my order?

Send us a message on the contact page of our website or send us an email at [email protected] and we will work as quickly as we can do deal with your issue.

How should i care for my products?

You should refer to the wash care label on the individual garments for full instructions, but, we recommend a cool wash at 30 and hang drying products, to ensure print quality and longevity.

Our products are not suitable for high temperature washing, tumble drying, bleaching or dry-cleaning. Avoid ironing straight onto the printed designs. These methods can cause unwanted shrinkage, the inks to fade, or the designs to crack, flake or peel.
